Fyr Drenc grain spirit demonstrates perfectly that flavour is more important than age. Even without spending 3 years in wood, spirits derived from malted barley can have great flavour complexity and integrity.

This single malt grain spirit uses high quality malted barley from the oldest floor maltings in the UK - the wort is slowly fermenting with specialist yeasts designed to draw out rich fruit flavours, which means superb layers of flavour are cultivated even before it goes into the copper pot still.

Triple distilling allows the flavour and aroma to be fully optimised whilst achieving a purity of spirit that dances on the tongue.

Suitable for Vegans and Coeliacs.
