Nestled in Nottinghamshire, DropWorks Distillery uses the finest molasses and ferments it with their own cultivated trinity yeast strain. Distilling on bespoke stills, they then blend and mature their rum in their own barrels. Because everything is made themselves from scratch, they have full control over the quality of production.
