Shipping and Returns

Currently we only ship from our ecommerce shop to within the UK. Shipping costs for items from our shop are as follows:

Please Note: Orders placed after 2.30pm will not be dispatched until the next working day. E.g. If you order after 2:30pm on Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Christmas 2024

Our orders are sent via Royal Mail. The final ordering date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery is Thursday 19th December using the Express Delivery  option. Order placed after 14:00 GMT on Thursday 19th December cannot be guaranteed for pre-Christmas delivery.

Our warehouse operating times over the seasonal period are as follows:

• 24th December - Closes at 2pm
• 25th  December - Closed
• 26th  December - Closed
• 27th December - Orders being sent out
• 28th  December - Orders being sent out
• 29th December - Orders being sent out
• 30th December - Orders being sent out
• 31st December - Closes at 2pm
• 1st January - Closed
• 2nd January - normal service resumes (see above)

Subscriptions

Cask Sales

Casks cannot be shipped until their contents are bottled. To arrange bottling and shipment of your cask, please contact us directly at sip@digidistiller.com. We can (and will) give you an estimation of likely shipping costs depending on your location upon request.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, or to PO Boxes. Deliveries containing alcohol will require proof of age at the time of delivery and may require a signature.
