Scilly Spirit Distillery is committed to environmentally friendly production. Their spirits are distilled using a closed cooling system and the botanicals, once used, are composted or are given to the local pigs.
In 2019, the distillery won The Drinks Business Award for Design and Packaging in the Spirits Category and in 2020 it won Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Design Competition which speaks volumes about how lovely the bottle is!
Local deliveries are made in in their battery powered van to reduce further CO2 emissions.
