Shivering Mountain Premium Dry Gin uses botanicals such as juniper, citrus, angelica root, cardamom and liquorice with gorse flower and heather. Crisp, yet floral.

Delicious sipped neat, but also has a great balance of zestiness and gentle spice for a tasty G&T or in cocktails.

The bottle is a thing of beauty in itself with its sapphire blue punt pointing upwards (like a cold mountain!), refracting the light through the elegant twisting glass.

This gin is a wonderful combination of the unique microclimate, fresh spring waters and natural botanicals, giving a totally unique character, both in smell and taste.
