Take your 'Between the Sheets' cocktail to the next level, by combining Abingdon Distillery's tasty premium white rum with rare Sussex brandy, lovingly crafted by The Spirit of the Downs.

Picture the highest thread count Egyptian cotton sheets on a four-poster bed in Downton Abbey. And pop that in a glass. Yum.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Abingdon Distillery Wild Oxen Pure White Rum
  • 30ml Spirit of the Downs Sussex Brandy
  • 30ml Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add rum, cognac, Cointreau, and fresh lemon juice
  3. Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist

(30ml is equivalent to 1 oz)
