The East London Liquor Company distillery is based in Bow in the industrial heart of London's East End. So while there is plenty of history all around them, the team are decidedly new school, with a focus on seeking out exciting approaches to making new flavours.
All their whisky, gina and vodka is produced on site. For the whisky, they use English malted barley, long fermentations, and age in a massive range of barrels from around the world. If you want modern twists on classic creations, ELLC are for you!
