Apogee XII 12 Year Old Whisky is a luxury blend of single malts from Speyside and the Highlands, aged for at least 12 years and finished in ex-bourbon casks.

Sweetly ripe on the nose with aromas of nutmeg, honeycomb, demerera sugar, cooked orchard fruits. In the mouth, the oak is well integrated with nectarines, peppercorns, mint and lick of cedar. A very special whisky in a striking bottle that would make a great gift.

Bimber produce a wide range of premium spirits from their London Distillery founded in 2015. They have sold over 30,000 bottles to date and have over 700 casks patiently maturing!
