Cotswolds Bourbon Cask
Cotswolds Distillery Bourbon Cask English Whisky is entirely matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks giving an abundance of rich vanilla, orchard fruit and toasty oak. Smooth, with a honeyed, malty finish.

A floral, alpine nose with crumbly filo pastry, caramel and gently spiced hazelnut in the mouth. There is classic rye grain peppery spice on the finish with just a lick of fresh mint.
Ageing is in a combination of both new and used American oak. Then, about 20% - 25% of the blend is finished in wine barrels.
