A stylish English Single Malt Whisky matured in Spanish and American oak casks seasoned with Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez sherry, and red wine. As a result there are plenty of lush red and dried fruit flavours present (raisins, dates), but with more wood spice (incense, dried oak) than previous releases. A great combination.
