The Signature New-Make Spirit
The foundation of our Lancastrian Whisky. After the intense and time-consuming production process, our signature unpeated new-make spirit is ready.
An abundance of fresh and sweet barley with hints of chocolate on the nose. A surprisingly fruity palate with notes of apples and pears, followed by an enduring rich caramel finish. At a powerful alcohol strength of 63.5% ABV ready for filling casks, the liquid is exceptionally smooth.
